DonateAccess to health care is a fundamental human right, yet many in the slums are deprived of basic medical services. Our Health Care Initiatives aim to bridge this gap by providing free medical camps, essential medicines, health education, and preventive care to the underserved population. We focus on maternal and child health, and emergency care. Your donations will enable us to conduct regular health camps, supply necessary medical equipment, and ensure that no one in our community is left without the care they need.
Provide free or low-cost medical consultations to those who need it the most. Offer treatment for common conditions such as malaria, diarrhea, and respiratory infections, and UTI’s. Support maternal and child health services, and nutrition counseling Conduct health talks on prevention measures of infections, and diseases like, malaria, respiratory infections, diarrhea, dysentery, UTI’s, and maintaining both personal hygiene and sanitation. Empowerment is a powerful tool for change. Our Empowerment and Livelihood Programs focus on providing vocational training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship opportunities to women. Through these programs, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to start their own businesses, secure stable employment, and uplift their families from poverty. By supporting these programs, you are helping to create a community of empowered individuals who are capable of shaping their destinies and contributing to the overall development of their society.
In our livelihood and empowerment program lies in two sub yet core programs;
Milestone Foundation is a non-profit organization that was started by Joseph Loling in 2021. This was born from the passion, compassion he had to transform the lives for the less privileged, and marginalized children, and women who live in the slums of Jinja City in Uganda.
